in mold and indoor air quality related problems. AeroTech is not a remediation company, which allows for a non-biased
inspection of the property. During our inspection process of the property, AeroTech will, outline key areas of concern,
provide a detailed visual inspection, collect data using; moisture meters and hygrothermometers, take swab, tape, and air
samples in necessary locations, provide a detailed report including all findings, a remediation protocol and all laboratory
analysis.
Inspections Include:
A detailed visual inspection of the area
Relative Humidity and Temperature readings
Moisture reading of walls, ceiling and floors using invasive & non-invasive methods
2 Air Samples (Typically, a sample is taken indoors and outdoors to comparison)
Analysis by an accredited AIHA laboratory
Mold Assessment Report
