Redefining Airflow at Scale
Traditional mining containers push air too fast through too little filter surface—creating restriction, heat, and inefficiency.
Our engineered intake chamber solves this at the source—expanding filtration area, stabilizing airflow, and unlocking consistent, high-performance operation
Expanded Intake Architecture
We redesigned the intake system into a full-scale filtration chamber—utilizing the entire container footprint instead of a restricted filter wall. By dramatically increasing surface area, airflow velocity is reduced, static pressure drops, and filtration efficiency improves without sacrificing performance.
This was our baseline solution to a widespread industry limitation. Since then, Aerotech has evaluated and optimized underperforming infrastructure, identifying deeper inefficiencies that conventional systems fail to address—most notably in HVAC and thermal management.
In response, we engineered a next-generation system rooted in advanced thermodynamics—capable of actively reducing thermal load and stabilizing performance without reliance on high-cost, failure-prone exhaust systems.

Advanced Thermodynamics
Optimized Air Gap Between Nanomesh: Maintains low restriction while stabilizing airflow before primary filtration
High-Capacity MERV Filters: Roll-based system for maximum surface area and simplified maintenance
Drop-In Service Design: No complex latching—fast, external filter changes with minimal downtime
Controlled Velocity. Laminar Distribution.
By reducing intake velocity and promoting laminar flow, air is distributed evenly across all equipment—eliminating hotspots, imbalance, and performance loss regardless of environmental conditions.
Passive Heat Rejection Built In
The chamber is coated with UV-blocking, thermally emissive materials that reduce solar heat gain and actively shed thermal energy. Combined with angled geometry and Venturi-assisted flow, the system lowers intake temperatures and improves overall efficiency.
